Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Should have previous experience in overseeing Steel Structure Fabrication & Erection Works.
Oversee Civil works to undertake at site.
Able to use engineering equipment like total station, level machine etc.
Able to read drawings, plans and convey information to others
Able to manage the project site independently.
Able to plan for the procurement of materials.
Develop & follow schedule of work to meet the project deadline,
Coordinate with Buildcon Technical Team at Head Office and Client at Project Site.
Provide site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; tools and other emergency equipment
Handle employee attendance, timesheets, material stoke and providing positive direction to motive
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
