Job Specification

Should have completed Diploma in Civil Engineering
Should have 3 years of experience in relevant field
Able to handle the site independently
Should possess good communication skills
Should have good supervision and leadership skill
Should possess pleasing personality and professional attitude
Should be proficient in using Microsoft package
Willingness to travel and relocate as per required
Good at commanding and negotiation

Job Description

Site supervision, rate analysis, cost and material estimation
Supervise the project
Manage the purchase of building materials
Supervise subcontractors and staff
Develop and implement quality control programs
Prepare progress reports of site
Supervise subcontractors and staff
Use computer program specific to construction industry
Should be responsible to regulate the Technical Team
