Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project / Site Commercial Officer to manage the financial, commercial, and accounting operations of our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting, timely vendor and client payments, budget control, and compliance with company policies. This role requires regular coordination with site teams, regional and head offices, vendors, and clients to support smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting for purchase, sales, expenses (including salaries), receipts, and payments in SAP.
  • Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies and delegation of authority (DOA).
  • Assist in audit closure and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
  • Initiate cost approval processes and obtain approval for all expenses in SAP from authorized DOA.
  • Prepare project CTC and budget.
  • Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and bank guarantees (BGs).
  • Conduct regular vendor, customer, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Visit project sites as necessary to support operations.
  • Manage petty cash and complete bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
  • Issue invoices to clients and ensure timely collection.
  • Perform unbilled and accounts receivable reconciliation, supporting effective working capital management.
  • Implement cost control measures across projects.
  • Perform duties as requested by regional/country offices and head office.
