Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible and organized Site Administrator / Site In-charge to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities at the project site. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site administration, coordinating with the project team and stakeholders, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities at the project site.
Independently oversee site administration and ensure smooth functioning of the project office and site facilities.
Coordinate with project management, engineers, contractors, suppliers, workers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain proper site records, documents, correspondence, attendance, registers, and administrative files.
Coordinate manpower, accommodation, transportation, logistics, and other site-related administrative requirements.
Monitor and coordinate procurement and availability of office and site supplies, equipment, and other essential resources.
Support the project team in maintaining effective communication and coordination between the site and head office.
Monitor attendance and support the administration of site staff, workers, and other personnel.
Handle routine correspondence and administrative communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, safety requirements, and other applicable administrative standards.
Prepare regular administrative and operational reports and submit them to the concerned management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based organizations.
Strong knowledge of site administration, office management, documentation, and coordination.
Ability to independently manage project-site administrative operations with minimal supervision.
Experience in handling and coordinating a site-based team will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant administrative tools.
Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple administrative activities and work effectively under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Willingness to work at project sites and manage site-related administrative requirements independently.
