Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Resident Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Hydropower Construction and possess the necessary skills to effectively manage and oversee a variety of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers, sub-contractors, and other team members.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, work schedules, and budget.
  • Inspect construction materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety regulations on site.
  • Keep updated on industry developments and regulations related to construction.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the construction team.
