We are looking for passionate and result-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in the 4W (Four-Wheeler) Division. If you are someone who thrives in a high-energy retail environment, loves automotive excellence, and can drive both team performance and customer satisfaction — we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage showroom operations to meet monthly sales targets
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
Ensure excellent customer service & post-sales support
Oversee inventory, vehicle display, and documentation
Analyze sales trends and provide strategic input
Organize local marketing and promotional campaigns

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
Minimum 5 years in showroom sales (4W preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Market understanding of the automobile sector
Valid Driving License (preferred)
