Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greeting customers in a welcoming manner, helping them find specific products
Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the company’s products or services
Staying knowledgeable about the product
Up to date with latest gadget trend and technology
Assisting customers throughout the buying process
Drive sales through engaging, suggesting and sharing product knowledge
Team up with co-workers
Prepare reports and send it to the management
Keep store clean and tidy
Availability to work flexible shifts
