Number of vacancies: 4 (2 males/2 females)

Functional Objective:

The role mainly involves speaking to customers about their vehicle needs, showing them cars that match those needs, organizing test drives, and ultimately selling a car to them.

Primary Responsibilities:

Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate vehicle.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all vehicles, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
Improving dealership image by accepting ownership for achieving new and different requests, searching for new opportunities to add extra value to job achievements.
Maintaining customer database.
Maintaining reporting structure and recording sales.
Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
Assisting with the set-up of showroom and promotional displays.
Assisting with the recovery of dues.

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales field.

Skills:

Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building.
Sound knowledge of MS Office Package, email and basic functions.
Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali.
Active listening to best determine a customer's wants and needs.
Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase.
Confidence to create a positive impression on customers.
Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership.
Organization and time management to handle many different customers, including past customers, at once.
Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople.
Maintaining pleasant personality at all times.
A welcoming and friendly demeanor.
Passion for vehicles.
