The Showroom Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the showroom’s visual standards, and assisting clients in selecting products. This role requires a friendly, confident, and customer-focused individual with knowledge of FMCG and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain outstanding showroom conditions and visual merchandising standards.
Assist in the sales process by keeping the store fully stocked and organized.
Welcome and greet customers warmly.
Keep up-to-date with product information.
Accurately describe product features, benefits, and promotions.
Follow all company policies and procedures.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Educational Qualification: High School / Intermediate / Bachelor’s (running or completed).
Candidate with a friendly, engaging personality, good looks, and devotion to work under pressure.
Knowledge of FMCG and beauty products, with the ability to handle clients effectively.
Preferably with experience in showroom sales in the FMCG or beauty sector.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a helpful and confident demeanor.

Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates, based on their experience and qualifications
