Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead our Kathmandu showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Guide customers on product selection based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-lit, and properly stocked with demo units and brochures.
Oversee product placement, signage, and promotional materials for maximum visual impact.
Manage inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Schedule shifts and assign responsibilities to team members.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support, including follow-ups for delivery, installation, and service.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
