Job Description

  • Maintain and nurture relations with the architects, builders and clients for overall growth of company.
  • Business development through architects, consultants and builders.
  • To build sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for monitoring and implementing complete order cycle from sales closure- site measurement- order placement- deliver schedule- warehousing- dispatch- installation- after sales service and payment collection.
  • To increase brand awareness and showroom footfall by continuous marketing activities.
  • Achieving KRA.
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
  • Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
  • Suggest sales training programs and techniques
  • Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
  • Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
