Job Description

Handle all aspects of showroom operations including sales, support and service.
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Train and supervise showroom staff to provide excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations for showroom staff.
Create and maintain sales reports and analyze data to identify sales trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Participate in sales events and promotions to drive sales.
