We are looking for a Shopify Developer to join our team. In this role you will work collaboratively across the team to provide our clients with high quality development services. 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain simple to complex websites in Shopify
• Planning and executing the development process efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and PM’s throughout the development
• Develop and maintain shopify app and build custom solutions depending on the requirements
• Conducting website performance tests and optimization
• Troubleshooting content issues

What are we looking for:

• Should have minimum 1+ years of professional work experience in Shopify and have extensive knowledge of how eCommerce platform works.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of building Shopify websites
• Strong knowledge of liquid programming language
• Generate custom – tailored Shopify theme and altering pre – existing template
• Shopify 2.0 knowledge (must need)
• Shopify Functionalities to be familiar with

1. Shopify extensive theme customization
2. Shopify section/block implementation
3. Shopify API
4. Shopify APP
5. Shopify form handlers
6. Shopify Menu modifier (mega menu)
7. Cart - Checkout - Discount - Customization
8. Custom field API

• Strong Knowledge in javascript, jQuery, AJAX
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git)
• Knowledge on Migration

Nice to have:

• Experience with Shopify app development and maintenance
• Advanced proficiency in coding and applying effective techniques
• Experience in code review and optimisation
