Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee our shoe manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Ensure the quality of products meets the company's standards and specifications.
Manage and supervise production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations within the production area.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the shoe manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a factory setting in Nepal or similar regions.
