Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Shipping & Inventory Assistant. If you enjoy keeping things in order, staying on top of shipments, and working in a friendly environment, this role is perfect for you! You’ll be responsible for handling shipping, tracking packages, and managing stock while working closely with our production and packing team. Training will be provided, and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Logistics:

  • Create shipping labels for daily webshop orders.
  • Enter and track shipments until they reach customers.  
  • Handle collaboration orders for international collabs (around 5-10 per month, not a lot)
  • Communicate and follow up on cargo/courier services.  
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.  
  • Cross-check courier bills for accuracy.

Stock & Inventory:

  • Be responsible for keeping stock count accurate.  
  • Manage stock in both the office and small warehouse
  • Help arrange and keep the warehouse organized
  • Enter and update stock levels online

Webshop Support:

  • Step in to help with urgent webshop work when needed, such as packing orders.  
  • Assist the webshop team during autumn-winter peak seasons, especially Christmas

What We Need:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).  
  • Good at writing emails.  
  • Knows how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).  
  • Basic accounting and invoice tracking skills.  
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn.  
  • Organized and detail-oriented.  
  • A team player with a good work ethic and punctuality.
Note : 

  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday Closed, 2 Sundays Off Per Month)  
  • Perks: Tea, Coffee, and Khaja Provided
