Job Description

Receive direction from restaurant manager helping them achieve daily routine duties
Help train new team members and motivate them through routine interactions, as well as planned recognition efforts
Assist team members in working with customers
Like fellow team members shift in charge/ supervisor can take customers orders and handle sales and purchases
If there is customer issue or inquiry, the shift supervisor is the next contact for the customers and woks to resolve the issue if any complain or issue is not solved then transfer to restaurant manager or directors
Report all necessary things in written or verbal communication to manager.
Should have full general knowledge on food quality, services and sanitation and hospitality
Maintain the quality of the food and products
Ensure team members meet the safety and cleanliness standards include both interior and exterior of the premises
If team member is short or busy should help all to smooth out operation
