Key Duties

Repair of Electrical machines (Drill Machines, Breakers etc.) exactly as per the training offered by Hilti
Maintaining the necessary records to track the work carried at the work bench
Administer the transportation of tools for repairs from and the customer
Active cooperation in communicating with the customer related to explanation on reason for repair cost as and when asked to
Maintenance and cleanliness of the workplace and the tools and test equipment
