  • Responsible for the overall service sales target of the account including sales orders, market goals, revenue, and profit.
  • Set up and maintain relevant customer relationships by varied customer activities, driving customer needs, issues, and complaints to be closed.

Job Description

Responsible for driving IT solution design, business development, and project delivery for telecom operators and enterprise customers. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, design IT solutions, and ensure successful implementation while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Pre-Sales

  • Engage with telecom operators and enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Lead solution architecture, design, and technical proposals for IT platforms.
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions based on customer needs.
Business Development

  • Identify opportunities in telecom and enterprise IT domains (cloud, data centers, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, AI, IoT, etc.).
  • Support sales teams in positioning solutions and creating value propositions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to develop competitive strategies.
Project & Delivery Support

  • Work with project teams during implementation to ensure solution design compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership and act as solution owner throughout project lifecycle.
  • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and acceptance with customers.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into IT strategies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Conduct workshops with customers.
