Job Description

Effectively manages team members, including technicians and call center representative, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
Ensure availability of spare part
Maintain minimum level of spare parts
Ensure proper mobilization of technicians as per requirement (i.e. 5-10 jobs card per day)
Ensure the effectiveness of the call center, responding dealers & customers, making happy call
Ensure effective after sales service is achieve to increase productivity and customer service
To provide service on same date in headquarter
Dispatching required spare parts to technicians all over Nepal
Ensure effective service management so that problem is resolved efficiently
Any other assignment or task as and when required and directed by management
