Should be able to handle multiple service request from client calmly and work as a team player
2 wheeler driving license is a must and should be willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley as well

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare a plan on how the client service requirements can be fulfilled on need basis and on regular basis
Communicating with clients (Hospitals and other medical organization), their engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
Promptly following up on service requests on machine break down and receiving customer feedback
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
Installation of Medical equipment and providing demonstrations on equipment knowledge to the customers to ensure that customers are well trained on operations, application and safety of the equipment
Maintaining the record of all the install bases and providing timely preventive maintenance of those equipment and update technically and academically oneself as per such requirements
