Job Description

Pejal Trade Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Service Engineer with a background in Biomedical Engineering or BMET to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining biomedical equipment to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and calibration of biomedical equipment such as medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and laboratory instruments.
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on biomedical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.
  • Document maintenance activities and update maintenance schedules as required.
  • Respond to client service requests and inquiries related to biomedical equipment promptly and professionally.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients on equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, repairs, and client interactions.
  • Prepare service reports, work orders, and documentation for internal and client review.
  • Ensure all serviced biomedical equipment meets quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and validations to verify equipment functionality and performance.
