Roles and responsibilities of this job
Service Engineer will be responsible for Field Services, Preventive Maintenance & Installations of Medical Equipment sold by the company.
Responsibilities & Duties :
Field Service engineers will be responsible to respond to customer service calls and perform on-site / off-site repairs. They will conduct troubleshooting, User Demonstration and provide technical support services, such as replacements of the needed equipment components. His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports. Performing Preventive maintenance, Signing AMC & CMC contracts etc.
