Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems at client sites. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Key Responsibilities: 

Installation of the medical equipment

  • Installation, Service and post-sales demonstration of the equipment
  • Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
  • Carry out PPM of the equipment under warranty and AMC
  • Spare Parts Request during breakdown

Spare Parts

  • Requesting for spare parts immediately during breakdown 
  • Tracking of the spare parts (during warranty or purchase)
  • Follow up the spare parts status with Senior Management

Reporting to Senior

  • Carry out tasks as assigned by Service Coordinator
  • Coordinating with Senior Engineer
  • Planning and carrying tasks as instructed by senior engineer and senior management.

Administrative works

  • Handling complaints (from both staffs and customers)
  • Reporting to senior management
  • Service charges if equipment not under warranty or AMC
