  • Solid understanding of electronic systems, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical devices and diagnostic equipment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manual and engineering drawings.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our healthcare equipment and systems. You will work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot a wide range of healthcare equipment, including medical devices and other related systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration procedures on equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer service requests, both on-site and remotely, to resolve technical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during product demonstrations, installations, and customer training sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and product developments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the service team regarding equipment performance, reliability, and customer requirements.
