Perform regular maintenance and repair on Signode equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and ensure it meets operational standards.
Train customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of Signode equipment.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and customer interactions.
Travel across Nepal to provide on-site service and support to customers.
