About the job

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Engineers for Different Locations. Interested candidates with good hands on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of excavators, are requested to share their resume to [email protected]

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer complaints, perform PMs and troubleshooting jobs.
  • Constantly maintain a healthy relationship with customers, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of all assigned equipment, including their service history, operating location and conditions, and upcoming maintenance schedules.
  • Generate business leads form existing / potential new customers.
  • Generate revenue from assigned customers to meet the assigned quarterly targets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Pre-Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in troubleshooting and repair jobs on Excavators.
  • Should be able to perform PMs, troubleshoot problems, and perform repair jobs on Excavators.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines, Hydraulic and Electrical Systems.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Good skills in Customer Handling & Negotiation 
  • Digital literacy- Should be able to use MS Office and other -Computer/ web based applications, and smartphone apps with decent fluency
