MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. (MEPL), a subsidiary of MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as a lead in partnership with UCEP Nepal and CPS, has manded from UKaid Skills for Employment Programme (सीप) to  deliver skills development training for employment in heavy equipment operation and maintenance during the pilot phase under the initiatives of MAW Academy for Skills Development and with three major outputs: (i) Increased access to employment-linked high-quality training and certification for target population, especially disadvantaged groups in underserved regions; (ii) At least 900 youth, particularly those from underserved geographies and target group, mobilized, trained, certified, and employed at least 80%; and (iii) Increased and improved employer/industry engagement in the TVET system and cross-sectoral institutional linkages. The project’s focus is on upgrading capacity of the training centres in Bhaktapur (Province 1) and Nepalgunj (Province 5); and to establish new training capability in Janakpur (Province 2). The project will be implemented in a unique model of partnership between private employer/service provider and training institutes with the intention of providing affordable, industry-aligned skills training, certification, and employment in heavy equipment operation while also upgrading the capacity of the training institutes.

Job Description

  • To plan and mobilize the service engineers as per the requirements and the intensity of the problem
  • To prepare & Update engineers mobilization sheet
  • To Increase the customer's awareness about AMC and its benefit through tele calling, leaflet and during customer visit at the site
  • To ensure the ordered spare parts has been received in the system on time
  • To prepare a list of inventory requirement from SVR, check inventory, prepare a quotation
  • Assure that all of the debtors are collected within 30 days other than listed parties.
  • To implement standard service workflow at our workshop
