Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, tea-loving individual to join our team as a Service and Sales Representative. You'll be preparing and serving tea, engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and helping maintain a clean, inviting environment at our tea shop and salon in Patan.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of teas to customers.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized shop and salon space.
Engage with customers in both Nepali and English, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
Handle sales and billing through our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
Conduct tea tastings and presentations about our teas and tea garden.
