Job Description:

DIFY Digital is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead & Content Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all blog content on our website, leading a team of freelancers, and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic growth.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of freelance writers and SEO specialists.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize existing blog content for better search engine rankings and user engagement.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices while maintaining brand voice and quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to improve website performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Team Lead, or Content Manager.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience managing freelancers or remote teams.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Job Experience 2-3 years and above
• Must have leadership quality to handle the FREELANCER and onsite teams.
• Applicant must be of Nepal based.
