Job Description

ScalePal is seeking a results-oriented SEO Specialist with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving measurable growth. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital presence, improving search visibility, and enhancing the overall performance of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and create optimized content recommendations.
Ensure websites follow SEO best practices, including site structure, schema markup, and internal linking.
Collaborate with the content and development teams to improve UX, conversion paths, and engagement rates.
Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and advanced SEO tools — generate actionable insights and regular reports.
Work on improving page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
Manage and optimize local SEO, backlinks, and domain authority growth strategies.
Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, SEO trends, and emerging tools.
