Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution for service-based businesses (law firms preferred).
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
Familiarity with schema markup, especially for legal services.
Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and local citations.
Ability to write or guide creation of legal content (blogs, service pages, FAQs).
Understanding of legal terminology and ability to write in a professional tone.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO audit tools.

Job Description

Conduct in-depth keyword research focused on personal injury law and related legal services.
Optimize website pages for on-page SEO, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability).
Develop and execute local SEO strategies to improve visibility in New York and surrounding areas.
Create and manage content calendars for blog posts, landing pages, and FAQs.
Write or oversee creation of SEO-friendly legal content that is accurate, engaging, and compliant.
Build and manage backlink profiles through ethical link-building strategies.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Provide monthly SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends relevant to the legal industry.
Collaborate with web developers, designers, and legal staff to ensure SEO goals are met.
