As an SEO Specialist at Think Move Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase our online presence and drive organic traffic. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and existing content. Additionally, you will create SEO packages for clients, pitch these packages, and manage client onboarding. Working directly with clients, you will need to leverage your experience in the IT industry and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing organic traffic.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Perform ongoing SEO audits and recommend necessary changes.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics and competitive benchmarking.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and create action plans to outperform them.
• Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Create SEO packages for clients and pitch these packages.
• Manage the onboarding process for new SEO clients.
• Work directly with clients, providing tailored SEO solutions and support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Familiarity with web analytics and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent understanding of keyword research and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in the technology industry.
• Google Analytics and/or Google Ads certification.
• Experience working with clients, especially in the IT industry.
