About the job

We are looking for SEO Specialists to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate would have a proven background in SEO, great communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Set clear long-term goals for projects and devise plans to achieve them efficiently.

Develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with objectives and opportunities.

Present results, findings, and optimizations in a clear and understandable manner without jargon.

Create, implement, and manage SEO performance, showcasing expertise in key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on business goals.

Continuously evaluate performance through keyword research, website analysis, content and technical audits, and competitor assessments.

Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and communicate necessary changes effectively.

Adapt strategies and updates based on external factors like algorithm changes or evolving client goals.

Develop and execute link-building strategies.

Collaborate with the web development team to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO best practices.

Recommend improvements to website architecture, content, linking, and other elements to enhance SEO rankings for target keywords.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an SEO specialist, preferably within medium to large-scale website environments.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

Successful track record of directly engaging with clients, guiding them through SEO improvements.

Proficiency in technical and content SEO best practices, including troubleshooting skills for issues like indexation, hreflang tags, and page speed.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
