Job Description

If you want to create, build, and scale the technology that will change the face of accounting, tax & finance then this could be just what you’ve been waiting for. We are developing multiple new software in accounting, tax, and finance and looking for a person to lead our technology and software development.

An exciting new opportunity awaits you for a FinTech company based in London, UK with a potential equity stake (via share options) in the company. This can be a career breakthrough for a software developer with a deep interest in Fintech. You would be working from our office in Tinkune, Kathmandu in close collaboration with accountants, tax advisers, and financial consultants based in Kathmandu and London. You will also be the main point of contact and the bridge between our internal accounting & tax team and the external software development agency and consultants.

We are looking for an exceptional & inspirational leader to help drive and build the tech team from the ground up. This individual will also be responsible for the development & strategy of their platform. They are in search of someone with extensive technical leadership experience, to build out the team and really drive the development strategy including the evolution of their product.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with tools and services such as Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Hotjar, MS Clarity, AHREFS, Yoast SEO and SEO Quake etc...
  • Understand the sales campaign & growth funnel as well as be able to optimize ads and convert them into sales.
  • Experience in Social Media Management as well as Digital Marketing.
  • Be able to translate market insights, business objectives, audience insights, and intelligence as well as key messages into organizational goals as well as marketing campaigns.
  • Have great understanding of Web Design, Web Development.
  • Be able to efficiently collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Excellent English with grammar and spelling
  • Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Ability to plan backlink generation campaigns and the execute them efficiently.
  • Brainstorm new and creative SEO/ Digital marketing growth strategies.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create social media calendar and improvise if necessary
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns to drive strong return on investment and efficient CPI, CAC, CPV, etc.
  • Design remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users using platforms like Google, Facebook etc
  • Establish, implement & measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption, user growth and engagement
  • Plan, execute & oversee all digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media, Google ads & third-party ads
