Queens Digital Agency is seeking a mid-level Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our social media team in developing and executing effective marketing strategies across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media campaigns
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for social media growth
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing
• Support the social media team in any other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media marketing 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
