Job Description

We are seeking for a talented and motivated Senior UI/UX to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs and an eye for detail. 

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
  • Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
  • Develop a mobile-friendly design.
  • Convert PSD/XD/Figma to pixel-perfect responsive design using HTML5/CSS3 & JavaScript.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve UI designs.
  • Building page navigation buttons and search fields.
  • Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, tables).
  • Presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related field, or the equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years of professional UX or UI design experience.
  • Certification in UI UX design.
  • Strong knowledge of theme development and can actively suggest a theme for the project.
  • Strong knowledge of modern CSS concepts like grid and flexbox
  • Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions to ensure consistent user experience across different browsers and devices.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and Trello
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, multitask in multiple projects.
  • Fluent verbal and written English as you will be working in a multicultural team environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven success working in a UX or UI design role.
  • Familiarity with the product development process.
  • Experience mentoring junior UX designers.
  • Knowledge of how to execute a user-centered design process.

Other Specification
