Digital and Creative Manager

About the Role

Are you a strategic digital creator with a vision for modern web platforms, branding, and UI/UX? We are seeking a dynamic Digital and Creative Manager to lead our web development, creative strategy, and digital assets. Based out of our Kathmandu office, you will own the creative and technical lifecycle of digital projects for our clients based in Australia.

This is a premier managerial-level position designed for a professional with 2 to 4 years of hands-on technical experience who is ready to take full ownership of a digital pipeline, direct creative strategies, and collaborate directly with an international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Strategy: Oversee the visual identity, UI/UX architecture, and overall layout design across all our corporate web assets and landing pages, ensuring perfect alignment with brand guidelines.
• Web Project Management: Lead end-to-end web development projects from concept and design sprints to deployment. Delegate tasks effectively to the team and manage development timelines.
• Technical Quality Assurance: Review code execution, troubleshoot complex front-end/CMS bugs, and perform robust cross-browser and optimization checks to ensure lightning-fast site speeds and clean code.
• Cross-Border Leadership: Serve as the primary creative link with our Australia-based team. Work collaboratively to gather project briefs, deliver digital assets, and align web platforms with global marketing goals.
• Workflow Optimization: Establish standard operating procedures for code documentation, assets management, and digital design templates to maximize team efficiency.
• Technical Translation: Act as a key advisor to international stakeholders, translating complex technical web layouts or limitations into straightforward, actionable project updates.
