Job Description

Himmalagari Travel and Tours is currently seeking a Tour Officer to join our team. The tour Officer will be responsible for managing the tour packages at the same time visa application process for our B2B clients, ensuring compliance with tour and visa requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on tour packages and visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation needed for various destinations.
  • Handle visa applications for clients, including filling out forms, gathering required documents, and submitting applications to relevant embassies or consulates.
  • Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the visa application process, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and assisting with any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on changes to visa policies and regulations for different countries, informing clients and colleagues of any relevant updates or changes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of visa applications to minimize the risk of delays or rejections, conducting thorough reviews of documentation before submission.
  • Liaise with visa processing agencies, embassies, and consulates to expedite visa processing and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
