Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ticketing Officer to join our team. This role involves managing the ticketing processes for our clients, ensuring smooth booking and travel arrangements, and delivering excellent customer service. The Senior Ticketing Officer will play a key role in handling complex ticketing requests, coordinating with airlines, and resolving any issues related to bookings or travel schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our ticketing department with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
Develop and manage strong relationships with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and airlines.
Negotiate competitive rates and terms with airlines, ensuring our clients get the best value.
Act as the Account Maintenance Manager for corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Drive business strategies to increase sales and build long-term partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Ticketing Officer.
Strong experience with IATA regulations and all major GDS platforms.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Strong leadership abilities and a passion for the travel industry.
