International & Domestic Air Ticketing Sales, Refund, Reschedule, Reconcile
Must have Good Knowladge GDS(Galileo, Sabre & Amadeus)
Arrange and support customers with all the travel services facilities
Advising clients on travel arrangements,
Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding fares, refund or flight irregularities
Communicating, maintaining and developing quality client relationships
Prepare contractual agreement for Customers and vendors
Ensures that the proper filling is of agent coupons, tariffs, manuals, refund application forms, receipt vouchers.
Checks letters and purchase orders of approved credit accounts
Intervenes when agents are faced with complicated ticket issuance
