Suvayatra Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. seeks a highly experienced and motivated Senior Ticketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for our clients. The Senior Ticketing Officer will also oversee and support junior ticketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage airline ticket reservations, cancellations, and reissues efficiently
Provide expert advice on flight routes, pricing, and travel options
Handle GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing and fare calculations
Ensure accurate issuance of tickets while adhering to airline policies
Assist customers with queries, changes, and refund requests
Collaborate with travel consultants to provide seamless booking experiences

Note: Salary is Negotiable for deserving candidates.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in airline ticketing
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, and reservations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
