Job Description

Suvayatra Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Ticketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for our clients. The Senior Ticketing Officer will also oversee and support junior ticketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the ticketing operations for various airlines and travel services.
Book and issue tickets accurately for domestic and international flights.
Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds efficiently.
Provide information and advice on travel arrangements, including visa requirements, health and safety precautions, and travel insurance.
Resolve client issues and complaints related to ticketing and travel arrangements promptly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, fare structures, and ticketing systems.
Train and support junior ticketing staff in their roles.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Generate and analyze reports on ticket sales, cancellations, and other relevant data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, suppliers, and clients.
