Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Engineer – Microsoft Solutions and Cloud to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support and management for Microsoft Enterprise Solutions and Cloud products, including Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and System Center.
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Deliver technical support, addressing incident management, change implementation, and problem analysis.
Participate in project assignments and contribute to the successful deployment of enterprise solutions.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring technical information is presented in an accessible manner.
Uphold high standards of customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Stay current with the latest Microsoft products and technologies, continuously expanding knowledge and skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in information technology, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft enterprise platforms
Demonstrated, hands-on experience providing support and management for at least two Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure, or Active Directory
Exceptional troubleshooting skills within Microsoft technologies
Basic proficiency in scripting and automation
Microsoft Certification is preferred
Willingness to participate in a weekend on-call rotation and to provide client support as required by the organization
May be required to work remotely from home during emergencies
Demonstrated commitment to work for a defined tenure. (to be agreed in interview)
Strong self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new knowledge rapidly, with a commitment to remaining current on the latest products and technologies
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders
