Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Team Head is responsible for leading and executing the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, digital adoption, and revenue generation through various digital touchpoints of Ncell .
The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty, driving website and digital channel traffic, and maximizing conversions across the customer lifecycle.
This position is also focusing on accelerating adoption, engagement, and monetization of the Ncell App by developing data-driven campaigns, personalized customer journeys, and digital-first experiences that increase active users, self-service transactions, and digital revenue. The candidate combines strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, and customer engagement.
