Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the whole system (server, database architecture, program codes, apps dependencies, and interconnection of our systems)
• Design, develop and maintain software that powers Samayama’s 4 sided (Rider, merchant, customer, admin) logistics operations
• Own the architecture and implementation of major initiatives, modules and entire products
• Work in cross functional teams with product managers & UX designers to ship software on-quality and on-time
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to your team; conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives
• Lead your team to write code that you are proud of, with extensibility, scalability and performance in mind
• Maintaining git versioning & server (staging & production)

Requirements (Essential)

• Solid Computer Science fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills
• 3 - 4 years of server-side or full-stack development in a product company, with a proven track record of shipping successful software products3 - 4 years of server-side or full-stack development in a product company, with a proven track record of shipping successful software products
  
• At least 2 years in a tech lead role, with demonstrated strengths in software architecture
• Deep experience in most of our tech stack or similar technologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university
• Frontend experience in native javascript or JS frameworks such as Angular & React
• Mobile development: Native Android/iOS
• Backend experience in native Python or Django (REST API / Data engineering)
• Ubuntu server, Git versioning, and Security systems (front-end, back-end, server)
• Data architecture (Database Management)

Tech Stack: Essential

• Backend: Node.js & Python
• Frontend: Native Javascript & (AngularJS, ReactJS)
• Mobile: Native Android, Flutter/React Native
• Data storage: MySQL
• Cloud Provider: AWS
