Cedar Gate Services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Java to join our Data Engineering Department.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end software solutions for our projects using Java, Grails, and Angular 
• Write well-optimized MySQL queries based on provided design documents 
• Integrate the AWS framework and implement its services as required 
• Create RESTful APIs to facilitate data communication between various components of our platform 
• Write Python scripts for generic functions or procedures 
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code to ensure high-quality software development 
• Analyze existing systems, provide estimates, and modify them based on requirements 
• Validate user actions on the client-side and deliver responsive feedback 
• Collaborate with cross-team developers in the process of building modules 
• Implement comprehensive unit tests and participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices 
• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to code optimization 
• Ensure high performance and stability

Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong programming concept in Java, Grails, and AngularJS frameworks
• Good knowledge of MySQL and the Python scripting language 
• Deep understanding of the AWS framework
• Experience with GIT for version control
• Strong concept of logical and arithmetic terminology
• Familiarity with Big Data, PEG, and ReactJS is a plus
• Professional and precise communication skills
