Job Description

We’re a startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with a track record of successful exits. We closed a seed round from top Silicon Valley VCs and angels, and we're on a mission to fix the healthcare staffing shortage with AI. Our focus is on using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to make hiring and training in healthcare faster and smarter.

Here's who we're looking for:

A super builder who can develop products fast. You're a full-stack developer who's comfortable getting things done across the whole tech stack, with emphasis on backend.
Practical experience with developing applications leveraging AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude and other LLMs, as well as libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex for building AI agents.
You are capable of working with various languages and technologies, including backend frameworks (Python, NestJS), frontend libraries (React, NextJS), Typescript and advanced machine learning systems.

We're all about using AI to streamline how healthcare professionals are hired and trained. If you're ready to build, experiment, and sometimes start over to find the best path forward, we want you.
