Nepa Rudraksha is seeking an experienced PHP Developer to lead and manage development of our high-volume Shopify storefront. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our global e-commerce presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain PHP-based web applications and e-commerce solutions for Nepal Rudraksha's online store.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Customize and extend existing e-commerce platforms (such as Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) to meet the specific needs of Nepal Rudraksha.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize website performance and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the e-commerce platform.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services for payment gateways, shipping carriers, and other functionalities.
• Develop and maintain custom modules, plugins, and extensions to enhance the functionality of the e-commerce platform.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with the website, including front-end and back-end components.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to e-commerce development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a PHP developer, with a focus on e-commerce development.
  
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.
  
• Knowledge of web server configurations, caching mechanisms, and optimization techniques for high-traffic websites.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Passion for e-commerce and interest in Hinduism-related products is a plus.

This is a leadership role for an experienced PHP Developer to manage our global e-commerce business.
