Job Description

Techskills Institute is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a mid-level sales specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential clients. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and possesses strong English written and verbal communication skills along with great attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote and sell our products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle any inquiries or concerns from clients
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new features and developments
  • Act as a team player and assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members

Other Responsibilities:

The role of the Employee includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, answer calls, and respond to emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Providing information to prospective students about the Job Ready Program, including details about courses, syllabus, schedules, and fees. Follow up on leads.
  • Sales Development: Identify and secure new customers using your exceptional sales closing skills. Inquiries primarily come from WhatsApp, Facebook ads, LinkedIn, phone calls, Web forms. Ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Business Planning: Assist in planning, preparing, and executing various strategies to enhance student satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction and retention of both existing and new customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate services.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with team members from different departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries from various sources such as email, social media, and phone calls effectively and professionally.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the needs and requirements of customers and provide relevant information and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, analyze processes, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve better results.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, enrolment metrics and stay informed about program offerings and industry trends to effectively support student needs.
  • Goal Setting: Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and tasks as needed to support the enrollment and student relations processes.
  • Provide general support to the Student Enrollment including handling tasks as directed and ensuring effective team collaboration.
