We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and technically sound Senior Sales Officer for our Warehouse Equipment Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of material handling and warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand pallet trucks, HOPT, stackers, racking systems, and related industrial solutions.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong B2B sales capability, industrial equipment knowledge, and the ability to identify opportunities across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for warehouse and material handling equipment
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across industrial sectors
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and business development activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients

Client Consultation & Product Demonstration:

Understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions
Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and on-site demonstrations
Explain product features, operational benefits, and cost-efficiency advantages to clients
Provide professional consultation regarding forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, and warehouse systems

Proposal & Deal Management:

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation accurately
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements professionally
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales opportunities
Ensure smooth deal closure and customer onboarding

Market Research & Reporting:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Generate and maintain quality sales leads and pipeline reports
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting updates, and market feedback for management review
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases

Coordination & After-Sales Support:

Coordinate with logistics, service, operations, and finance teams for smooth order execution
Ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service support
Build long-term customer relationships through effective follow-up and service coordination

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, warehouse solutions, material handling, or B2B sales
Strong understanding of forklifts, warehouse operations, and industrial equipment will be highly preferred
Experience in corporate sales and industrial client handling is an advantage

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
